Balancing Keys Solutions was born from the desire to serve small business owners that struggled with the financial impacts the pandemic had on their business and lives. Since its inception we have felt a calling to empower business owners as they lead their business.
Karla Franco, founder of Balancing Keys Solutions, migrated to the US with her family at a young age. Being raised in a Latino household in America, gave her a unique outlook on life. While feeling she was from neither here nor there, she found herself balancing her American influences with her Latino culture. Naturally she became fluent in both Spanish and English, sometimes blending the two into Spanglish. This sort of background made her an excellent communicator and problem solver, something our clients often take note of.
