Karla started Balancing Keys Solutions in 2021 as a desire to work with small business owners and help them with their bookkeeping after leaving her Corporate Senior accounting position to spend more time with her family.
She quickly discovered how much she enjoyed empowering business owners to understand their numbers and make better decisions with the information and systems she helped them set up.
Today, Karla focuses on helping entrepreneurs in the Real Estate industry and other service providers manage their books and feel empowered by their numbers.
Karla enjoys spending time with family and friends and organizing events for other business owners in her home town of El Paso, Texas.
